By downloading, installing, or using the Salawat Streak application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

Salawat Streak is a spiritual practice tracker that helps users count and record Durood (Salawat) recitations, build daily streaks, earn badges, and engage with a community of practitioners. The service is provided by Salawat Streak ("we", "us", or "our"). Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
• You may not share your account with others or create accounts for others without their consent.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the App or its infrastructure.
• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content.
• Interfere with the proper functioning of the App or its servers.

5. Donations

Donations made through the App are processed by Stripe and are subject to our Donation Policy. All donations are voluntary. We are not responsible for any tax implications arising from your donations; please consult a tax professional in your jurisdiction.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, and software, is the property of Salawat Streak or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to this, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, Salawat Streak shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
